Special Projects Officer

Jose Lebron-Camacho serves as the Special Projects Officer (SPO). He is a skilled proactive professional and lifelong learner driven by innovation and creativity. As the SPO for Tigua Inc., he takes pride in looking at problem sets from other vantage points, allowing experimentation and trying new methods to solve them. The outcome creates effective processes resulting in efficiencies designed to achieve Tigua Inc.’s strategic goals.

Jose Lebron-Camacho served over 30 years on active duty in the US Army, retiring as a Command Sergeant Major in 2025. As a CSM, Jose Lebron-Camacho, served and deployed twice to Afghanistan as the counter ISIS-K Advance Operating Base and Ground Assault Force Sergeant Major with 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne). He later served as a Sergeant Major Instructor teaching at the Sergeants’ Major Academy and as the Directorate Sergeant Major for the Special Operation Forces Testing and Experimentation Center at White Sands Missile Range. CSM Lebron-Camacho’s last assignment was as the International Special Training Centre CSM responsible for training European SOF Forces in Advance and Critical Skills in support of Special Operations Missions in Europe and Africa.

He holds a Master’s degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso focusing on Global Economics, Security, and Strategic Intelligence. He also has Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) Certification through Syracuse University.

Outside of his professional life, Jose volunteers with the Isacc Camacho Special Forces Association Chapter 9 and enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and fitness.
