Jonathan Wagner is a seasoned HR professional and people leader with decades of experience spanning consulting, government contracting, and energy sectors. As Director of Human Resources at Tigua Inc., he brings a strategic and people-centered approach to driving organizational success through effective HR practices, workforce development, and operational alignment. Prior to joining Tigua Inc., Jonathan held a pivotal role at ADP as a senior HR consultant, where he advised a diverse portfolio of clients across the United States. His work included partnering with Fortune 500 companies, defense contractors, and mid-sized enterprises to deliver tailored solutions in areas such as workforce planning, government compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. He consistently emphasized aligning HR functions with business goals, particularly in highly regulated and complex environments. Jonathan’s industry-spanning background also includes leadership roles within government contracting and energy firms, where he led comprehensive HR initiatives such as policy design, performance management, and talent acquisition. His expertise in navigating both corporate and operational settings make him a trusted advisor to executive leadership and a catalyst for cultivating high-performing workplace cultures. In addition to his corporate leadership, Jonathan currently serves as President-Elect of the El Paso Society for Human Resource Management (EPSHRM), a leading professional organization in the region. His appointment reflects a strong commitment to advancing the HR profession while fostering growth within El Paso’s bi-cultural border community. Jonathan earned his undergraduate degree in History from Union College and an MBA in Human Resource Management from La Sierra University Zapara School of Business.
